Each piece is approx 2kg in size. 

Oven: Pre-heat oven at 180°C. Remove packaging and place it in oven for 45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove product from packaging, place in a microwave proof dish and heat on high for 6-8 minutes or until fully heated through.
